Got these guys in to lay out engineered flooring which cost us almost 2 thousand pounds. After the first visit sections were lifting. They came out and put nails in it to pin it down(leaving hammer marks) on the 2nd visit after more flooring lifted he used his Stanley knife to cut through the joins in the boards leaving score marks and chunks out our flooring. Basically we're thousands of pounds down

Initial response to job was good, a bit pricier than expected, however was happy to pay just to get the issue resolved. Following initial repair, my heating system constantly depressurised indicating a leak, which it turned out to to be. Arran promised a follow up call out which didn't materialise and has not communicated with me since. From impressed to very disappointed in a matter of days.

Disappointed. Lee did a lot of work for us to the tune of £1700 though created a slow leak by screwing through a pipe when fitting our sink unit. Rather than admit his unfortunate mistake he has taken to denying this and using fabricated excuses and we're now left with a badly mould stained wall and extremely warped flooring in our toilet and hallway. Lee refusing to cover cost of fixing leaving us with an absolute mess in our house and a huge repair bill.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area.
